From agro-processing to Business Process Outsourcing, we can find a home for your business in this park. Located at Seamoon St Andrew. Approx. 40,000 sq ft of space housing 5 buildings on 12.5 acres of land.

St. Patrick's Business Complex

The smallest of our parks, this complex has the space you need for your small business. Located at Low Town St. Patrick. The facility comprises one (1) 4,800 sq ft building and four (4) independent booths subdivided into eight (8) cubicles.

Sissons Paints Grenada Limited

Sissons Paint opened its doors in Grenada in August 1986. Not only are they the longest operating business within the Industrial Park but is one of the few manufacturing and exporting companies on the island. Sissons Paint provides a wide variety of decorative paints and protective coatings. They were also the first company to successfully introduce products such as Siscolac Chinese Lacquer, Polyurethane Varnish, oil vanish stain (stain and vanish in one), non-drip ceiling white, weather guard exterior emulsion, and a water-based enamel.
